Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a preliminary marketplace policy for Vow & Found and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before a public commercial launch.

Marketplace role

Vow & Found provides a platform where users can list, discover, and discuss wedding-related items. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vow & Found is not the buyer or seller of user-listed items and is not a party to transactions arranged between users.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, communications, pricing, condition descriptions, fulfillment arrangements, and compliance with applicable laws. Users may not post fraudulent, illegal, infringing, dangerous, or misleading content.

Transactions

For the current marketplace experience, buyers and sellers arrange payment, pickup, and shipping directly. Each user is responsible for deciding whether and how to complete a transaction.

Accounts and content

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account. By submitting listing content, users represent that they have the right to use it and grant Vow & Found permission to display it as needed to operate the marketplace.

Moderation

Vow & Found may remove listings, restrict accounts, or take other reasonable action when content or conduct appears to violate these terms or create risk for the marketplace community.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Vow & Found evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
